Warranties For warranty claims, we will promptly repair or replace the damaged component at no cost to you. Please do not return goods to us before first contacting us.
It is the customers responsibility to return and collect the items under warranty. We can arrange collection and redelivery. Call the office for prices for this service 02072470062.
Please note, no bike is indestructible and it is up to the owner to ensure that his or her bicycle is fully serviced at least every 500 miles of normal road use.
Warranty claims for wear and tear, abuse, readjustment, tightening or realignment can not be considered. Discount bicycles will only accept warranty claims for materially defective goods where it can be proved that the item was supplied in a defective condition.

Every product on our website has a minimum of 1 year warranty.
All warranty claims must be submitted in writing or by email.
A copy of the original receipt must accompany any warranty claim.
The following items are excluded from any warranty claim.
Inner Tubes, Tyres, Brake Cables, Gear Cables, Light Bulbs.
