Frequently Asked Questions

Which bike should I buy and how much should I spend?

Think about what you need the bike for. Is it for leisure or commuting, or both?.

Work out how many miles you will travel in the bike each week and then multiply by 6. This will give you a baseline for the lowest amount you should consider for a bike.

What are your opening hours?

We are open Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm. We are also open late night every Thursday until 9pm.




Can I test ride a bicycle at your store?

Please visit any of our locations and our trained staff will be happy to assist you with finding the perfect bike that fits your needs. Test rides may not always be possible but you are assured to find the perfect bicycle.




Can I come into the shop and buy a bike and ride it away?

Yes of course. Please visit any of our stores.




What is the average time for delivery once a bike is ordered?

The average delivery time is 4 days. Please note at peak times this lead time may increase.




If I don’t like my bicycle or other product, can I return it?

Yes, you can return any unused item to us within 7 days of receipt. Please note we can only offer refunds on unused items which have been returned complete and undamaged, in its original packaging.

Are your products guaranteed?

All products on our website are supplied with the manufacturers own guarantee. The only exceptions to this are tyres, inner tubes, and cables. The warranty period on bicycles varies according to manufacturers.




Do I have to be available to sign for delivery?

If you are expecting delivery of an item which can not be posted through your letter box, it would make good sense to ensure that someone is availalable on the stated date to accept delivery. (It does not have to be you) In the instance of customer absence the carrier will follow their procedure for these circumstances. Smaller items will be posted through your letter box.




What should I do if my card details are refused?

Please call us on 02072470062 and quote your order number. We will then be able to place your order manually on the shop till.

Yes. You will also receive your on line receipt.
